The recent surge in COVID-19 cases in Niagara County and across NY State has required some significant changes to the case investigation and contact tracing process. Effective immediately, contact tracers will not be conducting individual case investigations and will not be calling to release individuals from isolation. Please follow the isolation instructions on the attestation forms below.
