• The Optigate Portal software has been discontinued for use by Finance Manager (the company that provides our accounting software - nVision). Finance Manager is working on the development of a new HR Portal software product (nVision Web).

    Building secretaries/department heads will continue to complete the paper attendance sheets as they have been. It is very important to keep your supervisor and the building attendance person aware of any leave you need or are requesting to take. Personal Business will still need to be approved by your supervisor and the Superintendent in advance. The attendance sheets will be sent over to the Business Office as normal and will be manually entered into the accounting software.
