Frontline/Absence Management
- Manage absences by web browser go to: https://app.frontlineeducation.com
New employees will receive an invitation email with the subject line: "Wilson Central School District invites you to Absence Management" This email is sent by Absence Management. If you need help setting up your Frontline (Absence Management through the Web) access, call the Help Desk at 1-800-424-1918 between the hours of 6:00 am and 11:00 am M-F.
FAVORITE 5: Set up your Absence Management Preferred Sub List - the advantage is that if a substitute teacher is on your list and qualified (certified and approved for your building) and available, they will receive priority notification of any vacancies you enter. This will give them some lead time before the vacancy can be seen by other substitutes. How to is available here.
- Mobile App Access: After you have created your Frontline ID, you can then download the Frontline Education Mobile App. Upon opening the app, you will be prompted for a four-digit invitation code of 7354. Next, you will enter your Frontline ID credentials to sign in.
- Manage absences through telephone by calling 1-800-942-3767
You will use the Login ID and Pin from your Absence Management Employee Welcome Letter sent to your email address.
